Policies:
- Holidays:
Mountain Paws requires a 50% nonrefunable deposit for all holiday reservations.
Additionally, we charge an extra $5 per visit for all holidays. Holidays
include: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's
Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Fourth of
July.
- Payment:
Payment is due after in-home consultation for new customers. Repeat
customers can leave payment for us to pick up after our first visit
while you're away. Dog walking payment is due on a monthly basis for
regularly scheduled customers.
- Cancellation:
Mountain
Paws asks that you provide us with notice of cancellation at least three
days prior to your reservation. If cancelled with less than three days
notice, a cancellation fee of $15 is due regardless of the number of
days or visits scheduled for your pet.
